Sharm Entertainment carries on business as a retailer of travel products via its website: www.sharm-club.com
Any booking made with Sharm Entertainment /Sharm-club.com will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Prices
Price quotations are subject to change without notice.
If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of sharm-club.com will contact you for authorization.

2. Booking policy
All information regarding the travellers should be correctly given at the time of booking.
All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to Sharm-club.com.

There are the following ways to book a tour with us:

2. Via phone in Egypt , please call us when you are in Sharm-el-Sheikh: +2 019 248 3243
3. Via our office in Sharm-el-Sheikh: Sharm Entertainment, Sharm Bride hotel, Nabq bay, office N 4 on promenade down
Open from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm and from 05:pm to 09:00 pm


According to our company policy all our tours are requested to be pre-booked except otherwise stated .

To confirm your booking 50.00 GBP per booking as a deposit is required for any air tour and 10 GBP per booking for all other tours.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable !

After paying the deposit an invoice with pick up time and other relevant information will be issued to you via e-mail.

Transfer services require full payment upon booking.
After payment received an invoice with pick up time and other relevant information will be issued to you via e-mail.

The deposit is paid via online Credit card system or Online banking.

3. Payment policy
Cash payment: according to our company policy cash payment (the balance) for air tours will be accepted 2 days before the tour (our rep will meet you in your hotel as per scheduled meeting. )
All othertours are paid on the day of the tour when we come to pick up you from your hotel.
Some tours like Swim with dolphins, Petra by air or ferry must be fully paid in advance.

Upon your arrival we require to contact us on the following phone number to inform of your room number: +2_019-248-32-43.
When we know your room number we will advise you pick up time for your tours once again.

Should you wish to pay cash on the day of your tour, we accept the following currencies: English pounds, US dollars, Euros & Egyptian pounds according to the rate in Egypt on the day of the tour.

Credit/debit card payment: should you wish to pay the outstanding amount (the balance) by credit/debit card 5% of total amount (as a bank transaction fees) will be charged. We accept Visa, Mastercard.

Payment will be listed as "Sharm Entertainment" on the credit card statement. You will be charged in LE (Egyptian pounds) at the conversion's rate applicable on the date of your payment.

Voucher/Invoice issue
After payment, Sharm Entertainment / Sharm-club.com will send a confirmation / invoice by e-mail: this invoice has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and must be presented to the service provider on the day of the payment.

Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don't receive or read carefully your confirmation / invoice. In case you have not received your invoice, you must notify Sharm-club.com at least 72 hours before the date of service.

Cancellation, refund and procedure to cancel a booking
Cancellation fee / refund
Except otherwise stated, tour or package or any product cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale:
•  Customers cancelling fully paid for trips 2 days before – a full refund (excluding deposit) will be given.
•  Customers cancelling fully paid for trips 1 day before - 50% refund will be given.
•  Customers cancelling fully paid for trips on the day of the trip - NO REFUND.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable !
 
If the Company has to cancel your trip for any reason, a full refund (including deposit) will be paid.
 
Any trip cancelled by the customer due to sickness will require a doctor's certificate and the Company reserves the right to decide on the refund to be given at the time.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The liability of Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com is limited. Tours Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com control.

Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes.

Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com reserves the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour members' enjoyment and advantage. Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com reserves the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements.

Passport & Visas
Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey especially (but without limitation) if he booked tours including flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure. He has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

Any booking made with Sharm Entertainment / sharm-club.com will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Sharm-club.com.
