Two day tour from Cairo to the temples of Abu Simbel with a day excursion in Luxor: Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut temple, Karnak temple, Memnon Colossi

Private tour to Abu Smbel

Our driver will pick up you from your Cairo hotel as scheduled and transfer to Cairo International airport. Flight to Aswan takes one hour and a half. Upon arrival in Aswan our English speaking guide will meet you and you can optionally have a stop at a local cafe to get breakfast. Transfer from Aswan to Abu Simbel takes three hours and a half. The distance from Aswan to Abu Simbel is 280 km.

When you arrive to the site, a 2 hour walking tour will be offered for you with your private English speaking guide. During the tour you will visit two temples that are situated at the area. The Great Temple of Ramses the II and Temple of Nefertari, wife of Ramses the II. After the visit you can walk around the temples and the area, come close to the Naser lake or just sit at the shadow of trees, located at the site.

The journey back to Luxor will take time. The distance from Abu Simbel to Luxor is almost 500 km. On the way you can stop to have lunch (optionally, not included in the tour price). In the evening, upon arrival in Luxor check in 4* hotel on BB basis. Overnight in the hotel.

Luxor sightseeing tour

At sunrise we offer to do an optional activity Hot Air Balloon Luxor flight. After breakfast in your hotel our guide will pick up you and a new day will start with a visit to the West bank of the Nile. Here you'll visit the following places:

- Memnon Colossi old and new
- Queen Hatshepsut temple
- Medinet Habu (optionally)
- Valley of the Kings + 3 opened tombs
- Karnak Temple
- Luxor Temple and Avenue of Sphinxes (optionally)

Lunch during the day will be offered in a local restaurant, some shopping activities and transfer to the airport at the end of the tour program. Flight from Luxor to Cairo takes just 50 minutes. Our driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival and transfer to your hotel.
