Long Nile cruise holidays & Nile cruises from Cairo to Aswan for two weeks to discover Upper & Lower Egypt, ancient Egyptian monuments, the river Nile & new historical places

Arrival in Cairo

Arrival in Cairo International airport. Our English speaking representative will meet you at the airport with sign “sharm-club.com”. He will be waiting for you in the airport just outside the main arrival hall in the street. Transfer by air condition van to 4* The Oasis hotel on BB basis. Overnight in this cozy hotel.

Excursion to the pyramids and the Sphinx

In the morning, after breakfast pick up from your hotel to visit the Egyptian Pyramids and Sphinx. Then let’s move to Nile to take 45 minutes Nile boat ride. We will enjoy with the sailing along the Nile, warm breeze and panoramic views of the city. The boat will bring us to a lovely restaurant where we’ll get our lunch before heading for the Museum.

Lunch will be offered in TGI Fridays on set menu basis, but you can choose between options available: chicken or fish plus dessert.

After lunch we will spend almost 2 hours exploring The National Egyptian Museum and back to your hotel. Optionally in the evening you can watch Sound and Light show at the Pyramids or do Evening Nile cruise with dinner and oriental show on a floating hotel.

Departure to Beni Suef

After breakfast in the hotel our guide will pick up you and you’ll move to the Nile to check in your floating hotel. Check in by 12 pm and start moving to Beni Suaf. Enjoy the beauty of the Nile while having lunch on board. Free afternoon at leisure and dinner, overnight on board while sailing.

Travel to Beni Hassan

After breakfast free day at leisure while sailing to Bani Hassan. Lunch and dinner on board. Overnight on board while still sailing.

Beni Hassan, Tuna al-Gabal, Ashmunin

After breakfast it is time to visit the rock-cut tombs of Bani Hassan. Back to the floating hotel and continue sailing to Abu Korkas to visit Tuna el Gabal & Ashmunein. To reach Tel el Amarna we will take a felucca boat at Malawy. Lunch and dinner on board, overnight.

Excursion to Tel El Amarna

After Breakfast let’s visit Tel El Amarna back to the floating hotel and continue sailing to Assiut. Lunch and dinner on board, overnight.

Journey to Sohag

Sail to Sohag and pass the bridge then sail again to El Balyana. Lunch, dinner and overnight on board.

Excursion to Abydos

After breakfast on board visit Abydous and Dandarah temples by bus then catch the boat at Naga Hamadi. Lunch and dinner on board and continue sailing to Luxor. Overnight on board while still sailing.

Excursions to the East Bank of Luxor

After breakfast, visit the East Bank of Luxor including Karnak and Luxor Temples. Back on board for lunch. Free time at leisure. Dinner on board and overnight in Luxor. Optionally you can do in the evening Sound and Light show at Karnak Temple or early in the morning Hot air balloon ride over Luxor.

Luxor West Bank

After breakfast it is time to focus on the West Bank of Luxor hosting the great valleys of the Kings & Queens guarded by the two huge Colossi of Memnon, in addition to the famous temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Dinner and overnight on board while continue sailing towards Edfu.

Excursion to Edfu Temple and Kom Ombo

After breakfast visit the huge temple dedicated to the God Horus in Edfu. Lunch on board. Sail to Kom Ombo & visit the unusual double temple of Sobek. Dinner and overnight while sailing to Aswan.

Aswan Tour

After breakfast, visit the gigantic high dam, Kalabsha Temple and splendid Philae island. Dinner and overnight on board.

Excursion to Abu Simbel

In the early morning you can optionally visit Abu Simbel Temples either by land or by air. Lunch on board and in the afternoon enjoy with optional Nile felucca ride to Botanical garden or Elephantine island. Back on board, dinner and overnight.

Departure from the ship

Check out the floating hotel after breakfast by 12 pm. Transfer by air condition van to Aswan or Luxor airport/train station, depending on your flight departure. Catch your flight back home.

A great time in Egypt Nile cruise
