Cairo to Bahariya oasis

Our driver will pick your up from your Cairo hotel around 7:00 am and drive to Bahariya oasis, the distance between Bahariya oasis and Cairo is about 365 km, the journey may take up to 5 hours. Estimated arrival time is 11:30 am - 12:00 pm. Upon arrival you will have some rest and lunch will be served. After lunch you will change the car to 4x4 land cruiser and start the journey into the desert.

Tour to the Black desert

First of all we will cross the Black Desert, which is situated 25 km far from Bahariya oasis. Then some stops for amazing pictures from the highest mountain in the area such as Al-Marsous Mountain, then pass by a tiny El Heiz oasis where there are some cold springs. Lunch will be served there.

White desert National park tour

Visit to the National park of The White desert to see the Chrystal Mountain and the area. Move to El-Agabat where we will enjoy with a New White desert views and experience some sand boarding activities. Continue our desert tour to the White desert to see bizarre rock formation: mushroom rock. Pass via old and new white deserts, stop at a panoramic point in the middle of the White desert and continue our journey to see all rock formation in the new white desert including so called camel and chicken rocks, tree and rabbit formations. In the evening we will settle in a camping, have dinner under the stars around fire with a cup of a Bedouin tea.

Desert sunrise experience

In the early morning we will watch a spectacular sunrise in the white desert, have breakfast in our camp and drive back to Bahariya oasis to catch our comfortable a/c sedan car back to Cairo.
