Our 2 days tour to Mount Sinai from Hurghada starts with your hotel pick up, transfer to Hurghada port, speed ferry to Sharm el Sheikh usually takes 2 and a half hour. Upon arrival transfer to Dahab, 100 km far from Sharm el Sheikh, where we will get lunch in a local restaurant. Later during the day Dahab city tour with shopping will be offered. In the evening we will continue the trip towards Saint Catherine city. Upon arrival in the city let's have some rest in a hotel's lobby, you can drink tea or coffee (no hotel accommodation is offered).

How long does it take to walk up Mount Sinai?

We will start Mount Sinai climb around 3 am. The sandy path up the mountain is around 7 km, it may take up to 3 hours to reach the top. A specially trained Bedouin guide will lead you to the mountain. If you feel you are not able to walk, we suggest to hire a camel right in the beginning of the path. Bear in mind that if you want to watch sunrise from the summit of Mount Sinai then additional 100 rocky stairs must be taken on your foot.
