Bedouin life-style

Stargazing Trip in Sharm El Sheikh is really a cheap things to do in Sharm el sheikh, we would recommended to every one visit Sharm El Sheikh, imagine a tent, low tables, and a man wearing a galabiya and a black-and-white scarf around his head serving you tea, then look outside the tent, and you will see the camels grazing nearby. A Bedouin woman, dressed in black from head to toe, is bending over a tray filled with decorative beads. Then look around and you will see that you're not alone. Get this unique experience and discover Bedouin life-style, test their food, make their bread and enjoy at the end clear sky and multiple stars via telescopes, placed in the desert.

Sharm El Sheikh Desert Tours

As we do pickups from all hotels in Sharm el Sheikh you do not need to worry about it as we will pick up you as scheduled in your invoice. Let’s drive to the middle of the desert where Bedouins live. It will take around 30 minutes to reach our destination - Wadi Mandar, a wide valley in Sinai Desert, where Bedouin boys will be waiting with their camels.

Camel ride in Sharm El Sheikh Desert

Riding Camel in Sharm El Sheikh Desert is really funny and great experience, with the stargazing trip you have the opportunity to check for a half an hour through the desert, then climb a hill to watch sunset and participate in a real Bedouin life. After reaching the Bedouin tent you will have some rest, drink real Bedouin tea with herbs, smoke water pipe.

Bedouin Bread making

While waiting for your real Bedouin meal, Bedouin guys will show you how to cook real Bedouin bread; you can try your bread-making skills as well. Real Bedouin bread is something not to be missed! Then an open buffet style dinner will be served. You can choose between goat meats, chicken or kofta (kind of beef) served with rice or potatoes with tomato sauce, green salad and tahina (sesames) dressing. Then choose your soft drink and enjoy the food.

What stars or planets are visible tonight in Sharm El Sheikh

You can see more than 2500 stars with your eyes. Our galaxy, the Milky Way, can also be seen across the sky from a relatively dark place, and it looks like a luminous brown road splitting the Star dome in tow halves, because we see it from the plane of its disk. The solar system is located about 27,000 light-years away from the center of the galaxy.

Star Watch

After dinner our knowledgeable astronomy guide will take you to telescopes and tell about the night sky & explain stars and planets locations. You can enjoy stargazing through the telescopes placed in the desert for 45 minutes as well as get a chance to take pictures of the night sky. Night in the desert has its very own charm and mystery. It's the desert and you shouldn't miss out on the bright stars in the sky above.

Tanura and Fire shows

Lunar eclipse in 16th of July start at 20:45 PM till A lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes directly behind Earth and into its shadow. This can occur only when the Sun, Earth, and the Moon are aligned (in syzygy) exactly or very closely so, with the planet in between. Hence, a lunar eclipse can occur only on the night of a full moon. The type and length of an eclipse depend on the Moon's proximity to either node of its orbit.

Car transfer at 19,00 from hotels to the desert to get some tea as hospitality, Bedouin bread , Snacks and telescopes to see planets ( Saturn, Jupiter and lunar eclipse ) throw the telescopes , wither opportunity to have photos with your mobile camera
And professional astronomers will explain the night sky too

After Stargazing experience let's watch an Oriental party prepared especially for you by Bedouin guys. Enjoy Tanura and fire shows with folkloric songs, do not miss the chance to participate in the party!
At the end of the tour we will drive you back to your hotel.

The camel ride and Bedouin dinner was then amazing and a MUST DO! We were treated so well and given so so much information about Sharm, Egpyt, the Bedouin people and Sinai. The food was excellent and I even got a little traditional dance which was brilliant! Thank you.
